How long do meals stay fresh?
Meals are best enjoyed within 5-7 days of delivery when stored properly in the refrigerator.
What’s the best way to reheat meals?
For best results, we recommend reheating gently:
- Oven: Reheat at 325–350°F until warmed through
- Stovetop: Heat over low to medium heat, stirring as needed
- Microwave: Use short intervals and stir or rotate between heating
